How It Works
WinMotive is built around skill-based entries, clear competition groups, auditable results and a modern winner verification process.

Every prize belongs to a competition group. The admin chooses which skill game that competition uses, attaches prizes, locks the target before entries open, and can test the game privately before going live. Customers never see hidden answers or admin targets.
Select your entry quantity
Choose how many entries you want for that prize. This sets the quantity for the cart, but nothing is added until the skill game is completed.
Click Add To Cart and play
The cart button opens the required skill game first. Apex Point lets you place your final marker, while Pool Shot lets you aim, power the cue shot, reset until happy and submit your final ball position.
Prize enters your cart
Once your confirmed skill input is saved, the prize is added to your cart with the selected quantity. You can add multiple prizes, but each one must have its skill game completed first.
Checkout securely
Log in or create an account, then pay securely. Site credit can be used first where available, reducing the amount sent to the payment provider.
Winner is verified
When the competition closes, the closest valid answer wins. If two or more players tie exactly, they can be moved into a live head-to-head final.
Fair & Audited
Admin target locked before live entries
The hidden target is set by admin before entries are taken. Admins can run a private test version of the game to check everything works without creating a live entry or affecting the winner list.
- Customers only submit their final marker.
- Guide lines or test markers are never counted as live answers.
- Winner decisions can be checked against stored entry data.
Prize Handover
Clear verification before release
Before any prize is released, the winner may need to pass identity, age, eligibility and payment checks. Delivery or collection is then arranged based on the prize type and the published delivery terms.
- Cash alternatives are shown where available.
- Physical prizes can be collection or delivery depending on the listing.
- Winner records are published on the winners page once confirmed.
